Here is a close up. The more you think about it, the more questions it raises? WHO was dumping animals here? What WERE they? Why were they dumping them THERE? Was it really that big of a problem that they needed a SIGN? Did they start dumping the animals further down the road? Was the State getting left with huge rotting cow carcasses?? I noticed today that the signs are gone now. Either the problem is fixed or 2 dorm rooms have very cool signs. It's too bad. The signs triggered speculation that entertained you for MILES.
