Moth
Macro Day: Soft
Moth Fur. Sweaters made of moth very VERY rare and expensive because of the high cost associated with keeping and feeding so many moths. They are fed only the finest wool sweaters.
Also, they wiggle around a lot when you try to shave them with the tiny moth shears.
I thought I had a once in a lifetime macro until I saw this at Deborah Lattimore's site.

For Half Nekkid Thursday And fear not, Gentle Viewers, this will not be a blog you must avoid on Thursdays because I'm only doing this o...
All three of these are excellent. What a beautiful moth.

ReplyDeleteGreat pics!
Brilliant! Brilliant! Your blog has been posted to MetaChat, so you may have some new admirers.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't find a bad pic on the page.
A friend of mine was google imaging for some houses, and she stumbled upon your site. She showed your blog to me, and we both really love it. Fantastic photography! I really love your composition (like 5/29/05, 3/12/05, and many more). In praticular, your macro shots are really gorgeous -- I'm very tempted to buy a macro lens for myself now. Photography can be so beautiful at such a small scale.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, and I'll be watching this blog in the future.
Oh, I forgot to ask, what kind of macro lens are you using? Thanks!
