I just wanted to thank you for your website. My wife and I have camped at Bass Harbor for all but about 5 of the last 25 summers. I am going to have a knee replacement surgery in a few weeks, so we won't be there this year. Your photos are bringing a little bit of Maine back to us this year. Keep up the good work. Thanks TomW. I wanted my blog to be just like Maine but I couldn't figure out how to fill it with blackflies and moquitoes. Good luck with the knee. Campting at Bass Harbor? Those are some cold damp mornings to wake up to. I spent a few days moored there in the summer of 1995. I'm still trying to warm up and dry out. :)
