I've found that if you leave patients waiting for too long, they'll steal a few supplies in compensation for their time. Bandages, antibiotic ointment, and long cotton tipped swabs are understandable. I don't know why anyone would want a reflex hammer or metal speculum, but I've have to replace them both on more than one occasion. I applaud your imaginative use of your time. (Now empty your pockets, Mr. Kirlin before I'm forced to give you this cement enema!) ~TatuNurse
