Black and white was a good choice. The only thing is that you cut off one of the lights (the nearest one)... might be nice to have the whole light showing?
Anyway, you got great detail in the field. Nice shot!
Rats!. :) I went back to see if I had cropped it from the top at all but it's only cropped from the bottom so the light is lost forever. Well, ok, it's still standing over there but it's lost to this shot forever. :) I need to frame better.
B&W make these interesting. The bottom is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI love the B&W in this context.
ReplyDeleteThe Thompson memorial photo is a great idea and well executed.
I love the sudies of three or four photos of the snow or the train tracks and such.
Great images.
Oh, yeah! Love that baseball! :-) Opening day is coming soon! Woohoo! I like this in b&w. It carries the nostalgia of old-time baseball with it.

I think baseball is timeless enought that it allows you to pull off a nice black and white. My DDR black and whites look silly.
ReplyDeleteI completely understand. :)
