This wasn't exactly a pose, but it WAS a long inquisitive stare and pause in the work while I kept snapping away with my little brownie camera. I noticed a sign, installed over the winter, that had listed in the do's and don'ts of the ramp, that one may not offload mussels there. So I don't know WHAT I walked into or who they thought I was or what side I was on. What does one say at a time like that? "If you are installing your safety rock wheel chock for me while offloading mussels in violation of ramp rules, please, I am ONLY a photographer."?

But I DO like mussels. I'm firmly Pro-mussel.
