Tudor is Romanian and BRILLIANT! I don't think they are mutually exclusive though because they built those Romanian aquaducts and things. He's also Canadian. Or lives in Canada. Or builds aquaducts in Canada, but not in Romania. If he does, I don't think I've ever seen his Romanian photos. We have Marius Muscalu for those. And photos of mad ducks. How much cough syrup have I had today??
