Shopping with JKirlin Pushing Your Cart.
Come on, you Stepford Wives. Don your shirt dresses and pearls. It's The Thing of the Moment's Guide to Grocery Shopping with JKirlin. (insert dancey perky shopping music here)
The thing I miss most about life outside of the city is shopping stores like this. Here grocery stores are 1) crowded, 2) narrow, 3) a chaotic mess, and 4) expensive as all get out. $13 for cardamom? I think we'll stick to salt and pepper packets stolen from the Burger King.
But shopping for produce in Chinatown almost makes up for it.
nml: not *A* picutres of produce...*MY* picture of produce taken with grace, diginity, wit, humor..and I'll say it....love. THERE DAMN IT! I SAID IT! I TAKE PICTURES OF PRODUCE OUT OF LOIVE FOR MY GENTLE VIEWERS Who I want to grow up and get STRONG TEETH AND BONES!! ...
Oh wait..no...that's why I take photos of Dairy.
lady penny: Only the produce section is neat and empty in my local grocery store. The rest of what you are describing fits the cookie, chips, and frozen food aisles.
cardamon??? It may be 13 bucks but at least they HAVE it. I searched all over for cardamon and finally has to settle for...oh..you said it. Pepper. :)
