Additional Customer Information needed?? The additional information better be whether I will accept their apologies for having the thing shipped back to the store and no one calling to tell me it was ready or 'more information needed' or apologizing for the Canon XSI shutter breaking after 4 months.
FURTHER UPDATE: Oooo....it was, "Did you want to return everything or just have us give you this new Canon XSi out of the box?" I took the new XSi out of the box. Best Buy Rocks.
It says "please contact"; that doesn't necessarily mean in person.
